Before beginning your personal training journey, we start with a consultation to discuss how we can best support you. This is followed by a movement assessment to identify and address any imbalances. A full medical check-up and blood test then provide insights beyond what’s visible on the gym floor, enabling us to know exactly what we need to optimise.

  • At The Ludorum Club, your journey begins with a consultation with our founder. This relaxed session is an opportunity to explore your goals, discuss your availability, and consider the lifestyle factors that will shape your path to optimal health.

  • Members are then guided through a movement assessment to address postural imbalances and evaluate overall movement quality—ensuring a fully tailored programme design.

  • In partnership with private GP, Dr. Ali Joy, all members receive a full medical consultation and blood profiling, giving us a precise snapshot of your internal health. These insights enable us to create an approach that supports your unique needs.

  • To support recovery and sleep tracking, members are encouraged to make use of a WHOOP device, provided at the club’s expense, to monitor sleep quality and foster healthy recovery habits.

  • Following these initial assessments, members embark on their bespoke personal training program, typically training 2-3 times per week. Regular check-ins with Dr. Joy every 4-6 months ensure your blood health is continuously monitored, keeping your overall wellbeing on track.
